Romana Camillo

Accounts Administration and Brand Strategist

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? Because I have 2 very different roles they’re 2 very different answers: With the accounts side of the business, I have slight OCD and need to make sure that EVERYTHING is accounted for and described with the same formatting structure for each PO. With the brand strategist element of my role, I get to be more creative and love creating beautiful content for us to use and share across our different social media platforms.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? The company has a really nice balance of work and play. The culture is really a testament to Dave’s personality as it naturally filters through him, to the working environment and then throughout the team. There is a lot of fun had by everyone including our clients, while at the same time ensuring that a high quality of work is performed by all.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I had my own health food business that I ran for 7 years with a girlfriend of mine which we sold in Jan 2020.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I treat each project as if it was my own and try to get the best outcome for clients.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Watching the paperwork turn into amazing homes.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I’ve always appreciated the process from concept and design to completion. No job is ever too hard if you’re committed to the process.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? I really enjoy the fast-paced work culture and I’ve also always enjoyed the inclusive culture that Virtue Projects has in office and onsite.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself I can’t be beaten when it comes to Mario kart – old school or new school… EVER!

Luke Coleman

Estimator and Contracts Administration

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I most enjoy about my job is seeing clients going from a concept design or drawings on a page, to transforming this into a physical object and living in their dream home
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? The crew, these bunch of boys are always up for a laugh, never a dull moment.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I’m an avid whiskey collector. Hope one day to be grateful enough to go to and taste whiskey from distilleries all across the globe.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I take pride in solving problems. Each project has its own unique obstacles and being able to think outside the box to mitigate them is always an achievement that I am proud of.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? My favourite thing about working at Virtue is I look forward to going into work. Everyone in this team is caring, thoughtful and friendly. Dave has really set a unique work culture at Virtue that clients can feel comfortable upon the first impression.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: When I was in high school, I was the captain of the chess club. There were only 4 members.

Kale Huggins

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? Creativity, detailing, speed, efficiency and flow of works. I want to present the clients with the best quality and cost-effective finishes.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? The mateship, moral, professionalism and all-round good attitude within the Virtue Projects family.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I am a family-oriented, professional person. I have a beautiful partner and two miniature sausage dogs (William and Obi). I enjoy creativity in all aspects of life from culinary skills in the kitchen (cooking, making cured meats like jerky, salami, etc., BBQing, making fermented foods and beer) then onto the hands-on approach to carpentry, joinery, furniture making and any type of woodworking.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work?​ I take pride in my attention to detail.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? One of my favourite things working for virtue is the team I get to be a part of and the being in a great environment between the team and the clients. Also, enjoy that I get to be apart of a team that does great high-end work that you can take pride in at the end of the day.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: A fun fact about myself is that I can have a jam on the guitar and can hold a tune pretty well.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? Being able to see clients that are stoked with the finished project of a new build, which will be their dream home, gives me the drive and passion to take pride in all of my work!
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Working with virtue is great!!! Virtue has always had a positive air around all of us workmates and so you know you always have the boys to give you a hand!
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I have shares in racehorses

Jackson George Lewin

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work?​ The thing that I most take pride in whilst working at Virtue is an eye for detail. I’ve worked for Virtue as an apprentice, a subcontractor and now employed on the books. I made mistakes as an apprentice as we all do, and Virtue Projects have backed me 100% of the way to better myself and excel. I was corrected in all the right ways through my line of work, and my goals in life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Dave and Mick and the confidence they’ve given me to strive and prosper.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? My favourite thing about working for Virtue would have to be the camaraderie and banter I share endlessly with my co-workers, my peers and my bosses. In my eyes you can’t put a price on the friendships you gain in life and I’ve made some of my best at work. I’m also challenged every single day and without that, I’m no longer learning. I want to keep learning.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: Fun fact about myself, it’s a tricky one.. for all that might not know I didn’t actually grow up in Bondi and from time to time I actually leave the place. I grew up in gorgeous Byron bay and will forever be my home. For now, I’m quite happy bobbing around the bubble.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I take pride in treating Virtues clients like friends and family and giving them the best quality workmanship I’m capable of.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Favourite thing about working for virtue is smoko chat with the crew.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: Something people might know about me is that I’m scared of table saws.

Adam Collier

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I take pride in getting those smaller details that some people don’t notice right and to a high standard.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? My favourite thing working with virtue is the projects we work on and the crew we work with.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I’m a level 4 ski instructor with plenty of ski seasons spent between Thredbo and Japan instructing and backcountry guiding.

What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Working with the boys, listening to Bryzers fake stories.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? ​I take the most pride in seeing the transformation of each job. Learning new skills and gaining confidence in how to apply the skills I learn.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Working with Virtue is great because each of the team members is all very positive and goal-focused. The group chat is always a laugh also.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I have represented Australia in Boogie Boarding overseas! Also, hold the title of the only competitor in Cronulla Shark Island Challenge (bodyboard comp)to ride DropKnee stance twice 2014/2017.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? Making sure all snacks are eaten wherever I go.
What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? Getting lots of pats and snacks from everyone.
Fun fact/something no one would know about yourself: I love snacks and treats.
