What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? 

Understanding every stage of the building process for every project we build – from the first concept right through to handing over the keys of the delivered product. “I’ve found my place in the building industry, and for me, it all comes down to trust — between the client, the architect, and the builder. I only work with trades I know and respect. So when a projects starts, everyone is on the same page and ready to make it happen.

Employment history: I am a qualified civil engineer with over four years experience at Pro Build in project engineering and site supervision. I have worked on projects of 150M+.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? Working on finishes and complex structures and effectively problem solving on the fly.

Taking a design and concept and turning into something you can see and touch and interacting and working with clients to best create what their vision is.

Virtue is a young enthusiastic team. I’ve been around building a long time and this team has a special bond.

What do you take the most pride in with regard to your work? I most enjoy about my job is seeing clients going from a concept design or drawings on a page, to transforming this into a physical object and living in their dream home.

What is your favourite thing about working at Virtue? One of my favourite things working for virtue is the team I get to be a part of and the being in a great environment between the team and the clients. Also, enjoy that I get to be apart of a team that does great high-end work that you can take pride in at the end of the day.

Employment History 

I have nearly two years of experience in the construction industry, working as a labourer for various companies, including a dry fire company, a gyprocking company, and a residential builder, before becoming a cadet at Virtue.

Favourite thing about working for virtue 

The team. Everyone is so supportive, welcoming and positive. They have been amazing in integrating me into the team and helping me learn everything there is to know about construction management.
